Ericka was also very helpful in the negotiation process. We came in under list with a ton of money-saving addendums to our closing (like home warranty, things fixed from the inspection, and additional money off at closing). Some realtors are pushy and just want to make a sale - Ericka really cares about the people she works with and will put your best interest first. 10/10!”
