Do I need an account?
No. The app is free and open to everyone. There is no sign-in, no invite code, and no account creation. Open the app and start exploring.
What devices are supported?
The app is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17.0 or later.
Is the app free?
Yes. The Doran Real Estate app is completely free. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your journey path (Buyer or Seller) and checklist progress are stored locally on your device. The app does not transmit them to our servers. The app uses Firebase Crashlytics to send anonymous crash reports and diagnostic data so we can improve stability — no personally identifiable information is included. How do I reset the app?
To reset all your data and start fresh, delete the app from your device and reinstall it from the App Store. This will clear all saved progress and preferences.
Can I switch between the Buyer's and Seller's journey?
Yes. Tap the small path pill in the top-right corner of any tab (it shows your current path with a circular arrows icon) to flip between Buyer and Seller. Your data on each side is preserved separately, so you can switch back and forth without losing progress.
Troubleshooting
The app is not loading or crashes on launch
Try the following steps:
Make sure your device is running iOS 17.0 or later.
Close the app completely and reopen it.
Restart your device.
Check the App Store for available updates.
If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app.
Links to listing sites aren't working
The app opens Zillow listings in Safari or your default browser. Ensure you have a working internet connection. If a specific listing link is broken, the listing may have been removed by Zillow.
